Very shabby and worn down facilities. I only go for small work as they only have 1 loaner and it takes months to get it. I use South Shore for real work and bought my car there.

small dealership. nice people. they had, nearly, the exact used vehicle i wanted and i travelled 3+ hours to get there... turned out to be totally worth the trip! picking up the car took more time than i expected. i think they could have had, at least, one more person to handle the business flow.

Class Act facility and service advisor! New facility is stellar and Ms Griggs our service advisor is a top notch representative. Professional, courteous and kind was her way of interacting will ALL customers, not just me. Assets like these make a dealership what it is and the facility makes it just better!
Sandra is always friendly and transparent with the process. My vehicle was ready before the estimated time which was a big plus.
Don't believe a word out of the salesperson mouth unless you see it in writing. The car was not in showroom and had to find one. They lied about the sticker price and the deal I made was no deal because the sticker price of the car was $2000 less than we worked with. Buyer beware.

I liked that there was a work station, so I could get work completed while I waited. There were only 2 packages total of snacks to choose from, so that was a little lacking since it was said with enthusiasm that you provided snacks while you wait.

Purchased a used 2023 Genesis GV70 from the dealer. It had several accidents but it appeared to be body damage only.. I looked over the sheet metal and it was repaired and painted extremely well since I saw no differences between the two sides and I am fairly picky. Car had low mileage so I was happy with the purchase. Dealer was not aggressive but would not negotiate on the Internet price. My service advisor, James was professional and thorough regarding what I should expect and how long I would have to wait. He handled my recall on my 24 Santa Fe with ease and gave me an inspection and fixed my rear heated seats which was covered under my warranty. Jessica was great. But merging a Genesis and Hyundai center is not the luxury car experience I expected. Genesis competitors have much nicer service centers. This felt very dingy.
Embarrassing location and surroundings for a luxury automobile! The only gem in this dreary spot is service coordinator, Jessica. She was helpful, intelligent and kind. Interaction with Jessica saved my recent experience there.

The process of making an appointment was easy. However, the wait to have my car serviced was too long. My appointment was for 10:40 am and I didn't leave the service center until about 2 pm. Other customers came after me and were out within an hour. I leased my vehicle from Star Hyundai and they were very accomodating. I leased my vehicle at the begining of December 2024 and I only had just under 5700 miles. Hopefully I won't need another service appointment until 2027.
