My experience with Star Hyundai was mixed. On the positive side, the recall work was ultimately completed, and when I discovered a flat tire while picking up my vehicle, the dealership did correct the issue and return the vehicle to me.

Very good service, I've always like this service center. They treat people nice and makes you feel comfortable. I've been going there since 2013, and with my new 2025 KONA sel, I refused to go any other location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work guys.

Very shabby and worn down facilities. I only go for small work as they only have 1 loaner and it takes months to get it. I use South Shore for real work and bought my car there.

small dealership. nice people. they had, nearly, the exact used vehicle i wanted and i travelled 3+ hours to get there... turned out to be totally worth the trip! picking up the car took more time than i expected. i think they could have had, at least, one more person to handle the business flow.
Don't believe a word out of the salesperson mouth unless you see it in writing. The car was not in showroom and had to find one. They lied about the sticker price and the deal I made was no deal because the sticker price of the car was $2000 less than we worked with. Buyer beware.

My salesman Evan Reynold was awesome. He did everything by email. I asked him for an out the door price & window sticker & he emailed exactly what I asked for right away. Purchased a used 2023 Genesis GV70 from the dealer. It had several accidents but it appeared to be body damage only.. I looked over the sheet metal and it was repaired and painted extremely well since I saw no differences between the two sides and I am fairly picky. Car had low mileage so I was happy with the purchase. Dealer was not aggressive but would not negotiate on the Internet price. Star Hyundai Service was an excellent experience! Started with a wonderful team to greet me for my service appointment. My service advisor, James was professional and thorough regarding what I should expect and how long I would have to wait. He handled my recall on my 24 Santa Fe with ease and gave me an inspection and fixed my rear heated seats which was covered under my warranty. Jessica was great. But merging a Genesis and Hyundai center is not the luxury car experience I expected. Genesis competitors have much nicer service centers. This felt very dingy.
Embarrassing location and surroundings for a luxury automobile! The only gem in this dreary spot is service coordinator, Jessica. She was helpful, intelligent and kind. Interaction with Jessica saved my recent experience there.

The process of making an appointment was easy. However, the wait to have my car serviced was too long. My appointment was for 10:40 am and I didn't leave the service center until about 2 pm. Other customers came after me and were out within an hour. I leased my vehicle from Star Hyundai and they were very accomodating. I leased my vehicle at the begining of December 2024 and I only had just under 5700 miles. Hopefully I won't need another service appointment until 2027.

Had to have my camera fixed. Although I had to come back because they had to order part it was fixed !!
After a $723 repair bill, now I have to have the tire shop adjust the tire inflation because my tires were overinflated to 39 ppi in the freezing cold without running the car (warmer temps and highway drive will increase tire pressure). The shop would not provide me with a refund for the requested $10 that it will cost at the tire shop. Said I needed to return to the shop over 3 miles each way to fix their screw up. Too late... Delayed for 2-3 months. They did not respond or make any contact until I opened a case through Hyundai Motor America. I was only able to get in touch with them after a representative reached out directly. And I had to be there 3 times. Order Part. Repair. Visit again for unscrewed part.
