My experience with Star Hyundai was mixed. On the positive side, the recall work was ultimately completed, and when I discovered a flat tire while picking up my vehicle, the dealership did correct the issue and return the vehicle to me. However, I was very disappointed with the condition in which my vehicle was initially presented to me for pickup. I had already arranged and paid for transportation to return to the dealership, only to find a problem with the vehicle that was not present when I dropped it off. A basic inspection before notifying me that the vehicle was ready should have identified this. Having to deal with an additional problem immediately after a lengthy recall repair significantly reduced my confidence in the dealership’s quality-control process. I also raised a concern regarding damage/cracking to the plastic portion of the front bumper/fender area. I was told that because this component is plastic, it was not related to or covered by the recall. I understand that the recall may not cover that component, but that does not address my concern regarding the condition of the vehicle before versus after service. I appreciate that Star Hyundai ultimately addressed the flat tire, and I do not want to take away from the work that was successfully completed. However, the overall experience could have been much better with more careful handling of the vehicle, a thorough inspection before returning it to me, and better attention to the inconvenience caused to the customer.

Very good service, I've always like this service center. They treat people nice and makes you feel comfortable. I've been going there since 2013, and with my new 2025 KONA sel, I refused to go any other location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work guys.

My rattle is still not fixed after 2 attempts at Star Hyundai. I like the technician, but the problem is still unresolved.
