Jessica was so wonderful and the gentleman who fixed my car was great. The front desk lady was not kind at all- looked bothered when I asked questions and when I called the day prior she told me "listen to me ma'am" on the phone to a question I was asking. It made me want to cancel my appointment as a client should not be spoken to that way. She should not be working on the front end/interacting with customers.

I mistakenly came on the wrong date but they took my car in for service anyway. My service was completed at the time I expected.

They don’t have a large modern waiting room with amenities and they don’t have a huge garage or convenient parking. BUT, they do have friendly open reps who clearly communicate services and pricing and that’s more important every day of the week.
