The worst service station i ever heard of. Dirty, chairs disgusting staff unprofessional at the front desk. Driver mat dirty when I got my car back. No paper mat used

Service was horrible! Especially the general manager, I for got the guy’s name . He was terrible at his job. He thought he was being sarcastic and making a joke but it wasn’t even funny at all. Who takes joke on the car problem. I was even embarrassed me being serious. Everyone was weird except Jessica the other manager. They even made a scratch on my dash board and didn’t even say sorry. I think it’s important that you have to be careful while you fix the car no matter how expensive or how cheap is the car price. One of the mechanic said my car is cheaper one so why do you so care about the car? I think that was very absurd for him to say to who bought the cheaper(Hyundai Kona) car.
I brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation and told the guy that I will be right outside waiting for it, one and a half hours later I asked the guy if he knows how much longer it could take he told me to ask the service representative, when I asked her the status of the car she responded asking my name and the car information while holding the paperwork in her hands and said that nothing was done for the car because she couldn’t find me and didn’t know what to do with the car. I asked her why she didn’t call or text me she said that she called me and I showed the phone and said I never received a call or text from you after all her response was don’t worry I will have somebody work on it right now it only takes half an hour, over all it took 3 hours just for oil change.
The dealership was understaffed. I had 2 issues with my first service and neither was completed to my satisfaction.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Jin to lease our new Palisade. He was patient and knowledgable about the vehicle. We highly recommend him!

Justine very helpful, nice and knew how to answer all my questions. Explained the process and it was very fast this time.
Service was terrible. Guy manager was the worse. They made scratch on my dash board and glove box. Jessica other manager she is the only one seemed to care. She listens to the clients but others don’t. When I asked the questions the guy I think he is the general manager he wasn’t even pay attention to what I said and keep saying no. Mechanics are very rude also.
